If the buyer has received the goods and has cancelled the purchase, he must return the goods to the company within 14 days from the date of receipt to the address. After the 14-day period, the company is not obliged to accept the returned goods.
The company must make a refund no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
For goods purchased with a Gift Card, in the event of a return, the company must provide a new Gift Card of the same value.
Returned products must be unused and undamaged. The buyer must carefully read the instructions and rules for returning goods and write them on the return form provided with the goods. We will consider a return if:
With the returned product, you must send a copy of the original invoice and fill out the return form that you received in the product package.
In the case of an exchange, the buyer will be required to pay the shipping cost of 5 EUR when picking up the package again, or 20 EUR if it is sent to the locations listed in the table under delivery conditions (we send with GLS).
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We recommend that the package be sent by Croatian Post, registered mail.

If the buyer sends the item(s) for exchange for a different size, color or model, the company will send the requested item(s) as soon as possible. If there is a difference in price, the company will charge the buyer the difference when picking up the shipment. If the company owes the buyer, the company will refund the difference to the buyer's IBAN or deduct that amount from the delivery amount, which is 5 EUR.
Folsu d.o.o. is responsible for actual manufacturing defects of products purchased in the online store mocro-store.com. If the buyer has any complaint based on Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, please inform us at info@mocro-store.com.
If the consumer receives goods with a defect or has received an item that he did not order, it is necessary to send an email to info@mocro-store.com with a photo showing the unsuitable item (whether it is an error or a wrongly sent item). The trader undertakes to respond to the inquiry within 7 days, review the photos showing the defect and, if the complaint is justified, order the collection of the goods at his own expense and the delivery of new goods also at the expense of the company.
The consumer (buyer) is obliged to properly and safely package the goods and, in agreement with the company, hand them over to the GLS delivery person.
After we receive your package, it takes a few working days to inspect and process it. If the returned products do not comply with the regulations, we will immediately contact you by email. If the returned products comply with our regulations, we will contact you by email with a notification that a refund has been made.
We make refunds via the CorvusPay system for orders paid by card or by transaction to your IBAN for orders paid upon collection.
